Kettlebell Juggling Names | Basic To Advanced

The concept of kettlebell juggling is derived from Russia. Once I saw a video, where one person was flipping a kettlebell with a height of 6 feet approx and I thought he would break his back. Then I tried some of the flips but it didn’t pain because the throw of a kettlebell was in the right format. Can anyone guess how? I learned kettlebell juggling elements from some of my Russian friends and they thought me the proper basic.

There is no plan to do a juggling sequence it’s all circus. Once you have learned the basic elements then you can make it double and later on you can practice for more advanced elements. I juggle a kettlebell whenever I’m free and I calculate the flips before spinning the kettlebell and that’s called calculated flow.

I usually unlock the latest flips to enhance my extraordinary skills in kettlebell juggling, because the basic will remain as basic and not advanced. The benefits of kettlebell juggling are many including fun. I have explained the concept of kettlebell juggling to many people who have asked me while I was juggling in the ground.

This is girevik juggling. In Russia, they organize kettlebell juggling competitions every year and sometimes twice. Russian kettlebell juggling is now getting famous worldwide, and everyone is trying to learn kettlebell tricks to flips. Many experts offer kettlebell juggling tutorials online from basic to advanced. I have trained basics to a few people.

Every flip is eye-popping and especially kettlebell forearm flips and I do it regularly. You might have noticed in my previous videos about the benefits of juggling kettlebells. Soon the kettlebell juggling wave will hit the fitness industry and the name will be like Zumba and Aerobics. Here is the list of kettlebell juggling names and types from beginners to expert level

Girls Are Crazy About Kettlebell Juggling But They’re Scared.

We can juggle a ball easily but not a kettlebell because you’re juggling a weight means the bell weight is more than 8kg and the ball may weigh around 50grams. If you try kettlebell throwing with a partner, you don’t have to attract anyone, instead, all eyes will be on you.

It looks fancy but also it builds strength. While learning, the first step is the kettlebell dropdown. I have dropped the kettlebell down for thousand times and flipped just once. Now it will take 30 drops down to make an awesome kettlebell juggling sequence.


Crazy About Kettlebell Juggling

The exercises are different than what we do in the gym. Apart from the regular workouts in the gym, I have included kettlebell juggling training in my routine. I train kettlebell juggling on the ground and not on the wooden floor gym.

How To Start Kettlebell Juggling

Very simple, learn the techniques of the kettlebell, like swings and snatch with competition kettlebell and keep swinging till forehead level and be regular and this is the secret key.
